Agency Matrix was the product invention of president and founder, Manual Ochoa. During his many years in the insurance industry in Texas, Manuel’s career evolved from independent agent, to representing several Texas Managing General Agencies, and finally on to software developer. It was in 2005 that a local Texas agent and colleague of Ochoa’s personally requested that he program a basic agency management system that was simple and elegant to assist him in managing his 30 agency offices. Within a few weeks Ochoa created and launched the Agency Matrix system for his friend. Soon thereafter, another colleague approached him about the system for his 8 offices in Texas. The rest as they say is history. Originally designed for a friend, Agency Matrix has now grown exponentially across the country. By simply aligning our mission with the goals of the independent agent, Agency Matrix is able to provide a simple, easy-to-use product that provides the efficiency and effectiveness that agents need so that they may focus on what is most important to their business…servicing and growing their book of business.
