How much does Agency Matrix cost to run my book of business?
We charge a one time $199 fee to set up your agency regardless of how many offices you have. If you choose to have ACORD forms there will be a one time additional $99 fee. If you have an existing database you would like imported into Agency Matrix we will charge a one time conversion fee of $99. The monthly fee is a flat $89 per month per office (not per user).
Does Agency Matrix charge for each user or for each office?
We only charge $89 per office. Whether your office has 2 users or 20 users, the monthly price is still $89 per month. Therefore, we have no complicated price sheet that offers decreasing rates for each additional user in your office. Feel free to grow your office, because your monthly rate will remain the same.
How will I convert my current book of business to the Agency Matrix software system?
Agency Matrix does it for you. We will do an initial evaluation of your current system or database and consult you on the specs and best plan of action. Once we begin the conversion process, it generally takes less than 48 hours to complete. We let you know when it is complete, and you simply sign in to your new management system and are ready to go. It’s painless and seamless for you.

High quality video training is available right on the website. Segmented into short 2 or 3 minute video chapters, we will walk you through every detail and feature of the system. Of course the training content is available for you on demand any time. Use it as a point of reference or to refresh yourself when you have a question. It also makes training new employees extremely easy. Of course, we are always available to you by phone or online, and are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
How long will it take to get my agency started with the Agency Matrix System?
Immediately. You can start inputting new business into Agency Matrix as soon as you are ready. Conversion of existing customers from an old system generally takes a few hours depending on the size and type of system you have been using.
